The TWF-5 Electrochromic High-Low Temperature Performance Tester is tailor-made for testing esting electrochromic lenses AR lense, VR lense , smart lenses and auto-darkening welding filter lenses. It complies with standards including GB3609.2-2025, ANSI Z87.1-2025, ISO 16321 and EN 379. Measurements can be carried out under high and low temperature conditions without a darkroom.


Constant Light Source + High-Speed High-Precision Receiving Module

Paired with the cooled CLS8 constant light source and high-precision UPD3 collector, the core system delivers ultra-accurate measurements. It serves as an ideal setup for microsecond-scale response testing and measurement with ppm-level precision.


Operation Without Darkroom Environment

Deep integration of optical design, hardware circuits and software algorithms forms an ultra-low illuminance measurement system. Optimized design drastically suppresses stray light, enabling measurements without a darkroom, greatly improving operational convenience and work efficiency.


Optimized Measurement Structure

Built on the MWF measurement platform, the device supports flexible multi-functional testing of flat and curved samples, including angle dependence, transmittance uniformity, response time, shade number, switching duration, auto shade number and more. Frequent repositioning of samples is eliminated to enhance testing ease and stability.


Integrated Compact MWF & TWF Design

Equipped with a quick-detachable optical measurement path, the system allows shared use of one measurement unit across different test platforms for superior cost efficiency. Testing laboratories may select configurations based on actual testing requirements to complete high-low temperature and full-performance testing at a lower cost.
