       AP-5线偏振效率检测仪确保线偏振镜片在高精度采集和精密角度旋转的联动配合下得到角度偏差与最大最小透射比。一次性解决传统偏振检测繁琐的操作和不可避免的主观操作产生的偏差。


检测项目：


Pola.Angle样品偏振角度

Angle DEV 与标准值或设定值的角度偏差

Pola.Eff 偏振效率=(Tpmax-Tpmin)/(Tpmax+Tpmin)

Tpol 偏振比率=Tpmax/Tpmin

Tpmax 偏振方向最大透射比

Tpmin 偏振垂直方向最小透射比

Tv Avg 偏振平均透射比=(Tpmax+Tpmin)/2

CAT Tv值色号分类，与标准判断相关
