镜片膜层厚度测量仪FILM-5采用伸缩式测量探头可对任何镜片表面进行膜厚检测，无需对焦操作，操作简单方便。

 

 丰富的材料数据库

软件内置各类材料折射率数据。便于选择膜层材料与镜片基材，以更准确的膜厚计算。

极简的一体式设计

手持探头座可用于保护探头与防尘，并兼容做光源初始化校正。标准校准片置于机器顶盖，方便日常校准操作，倒扣即可防尘存放。集成光谱仪、测量光源、测量探头的一体式主机，满足各种测试场景。灵活使用。


残余颜色显示计算

精确测量计算膜层反射残余颜色，并用CIEL*a*b*和CIExy表示。支持导入标准样品对比色差。


自适应多种表面形态测试

伸缩式接测量光学探头，可适应镜片凹面、凸面、球柱面、平面等各种表面测试。特殊处理的接触探头，可有效避损伤镜片表面膜层。
