MT-7S镜片对色仪是一款专用镜片色差对比的光学设备,可同时对6组镜片进行色彩对比,测量速度快,操作方便,符合国内外多项标准。

产品功能:


  • 透射比曲线图表:显示透射比分布曲线 (380~780nm),紫外波段默认透射比为 0

  • 快速对比波段投设备:垂直分度线可显示当前波段对应透射比数值

  • 颜色配色对比:同时支持 6 组镜片颜色比较,满足多台染色机对色使用

  • 采样间隔:可设置 1nm 或 5nm 波长间隔采样

  • 母板数据保存:可自定义母板数据,并随时可调取比较使用

  • Lab 色差比对:染色镜片采用 Lab 比对 L (亮度)/a (红绿)/b (黄蓝), 自动判断颜色偏差

  • Lab 对色:支持 D65 2° 和 D65 10° 两款色坐标

  • 支持人眼色觉色差:自动比对色差△E2000,色相差△H,彩度差△C

  • 模拟比色参考:界面提供模拟镜片颜色色块,方便直观对比

  • 交通信号 Q 因子:支持所有太阳镜镜片标准 Q 因子计算和判断

  • 交通信号 CIE 色极限:CIE 色坐标 (XY), 并自动判断是否满足美标色极限

  • 镜片色差报告:支持 PDF 报告输出镜片色差报告,包含母板与样品颜色比较详细信息
