Product introduction

人工晶状体动态疲劳测试仪是专用于测试人工晶状体襻的耐久性的仪器，可以测试襻在经历了 250,000 次振动后是否断裂，完全符合 ISO11979-3 要求。


产品特点:

  • 符合 ISO11979-3 标准

  • 电动式恒温水槽，提供溶液测量环境

  • 标配 10mm，11mm 标准钢片，夹紧零位可精准复位

  • 可选配摄像系统实时监控晶体的压缩情况


装置:

表面半径 5.00mm 或 5.50mm(精度在 0.02mm以内)两个测座，为使襻的转动阻力减至最小程度，应使用低摩擦材料

测量压力仪表的准确至 0.01mN


步骤:

1. 水平放置，免除重力的影响

2. 调节测座与人工晶体总直径相等，将人工晶体置入

3. 使人工晶体处于无压缩的状态，以便压力线等分接触角

4. 将测座靠拢至设定直径
